CFTO CTV Toronto frequency change - Apr 28, 2019

As of April 28th 2019, the OTA broadcast of CFTO, CTV Toronto will be switching physical channels from RF 9 to RF 8 (Virtural 9.1). Viewers will need to rescan all of their TV's in order to update their OTA local channel lineup for CFTO which will still appear as channel 9.1 on their channel lineup.
