RTPi Portugal signal issues on Galaxy 19 - May 07, 2019

Please be advised that due to technical issues since approximately May 4th 2019, some of our Portuguese customers may experience issues receiving RTPi on Ku-band on Galaxy 19 @ 97w, especially when using a smaller sized dish. For immediate reilef, customers may want to consider upgrading to a larger sized dish or tune in to the C-band signal instead on Intelsat 34 located at 55.5W.

We are working with the facility uplinking this channel who advises us that the issue only seems to impact viewers in the southern Ontario area and hope to have this issue resolved soon. We apologize for any inconvenience that this interruption in programming may cause for our Portuguese customers.
